Aaron Molinar, CEO

Aaron oversees the operations and strategic growth of Tower Construction. Over the past 30 years he has grown the team to over 50 employees, which he maintains a close relationship with as he oversees complex projects in locations across the continental US and Hawaii. He is passionate about innovation and is always looking for ways to improve efficiency in the stages and phases of the development and build process.  Aaron is skilled in the pre-construction phases and works directly with local and national development organizations with due diligence on acquisitions by providing and overseeing property condition assessments and the creation of schematic development budgets. 

Aaron's construction experience spans nearly every industry and he utilizes this experience combined with modern technology to seek more efficient and effective ways of delivering construction methodology.
