Jason brings over 20 years of experience in luxury residential home construction. Starting in the framing trades, he gained invaluable hands-on experience before advancing to project manager, overseeing multi-million-dollar projects with values exceeding $60M. With a background in Strategic Planning and Communication, and a degree in English and Linguistics, Jason combines strong planning, critical thinking, and communication skills. 

His extensive experience in luxury home construction makes him a well-rounded and decisive Project Director, adept at managing relationships across design, construction, sales teams, and luxury buyers. Jason is a tremendous leader and valuable addition to the Tower team.
