Jeffrey Smith brings over 25 years of experience in the development of luxury single family and multi-family residences and high-end hospitality properties across both domestic and international markets. As co-founding partner and former Chief Investment Officer of Viceroy Hotel Group and The Kor Group, Jeff played a pivotal role in the investment, development, and execution of more than $1 billion in luxury hotel, single-family, and multi-family residential projects.

Jeff’s career has been defined by his strategic vision, deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, and hands-on leadership in complex, high-value developments. His expertise spans the full development cycle—from investment strategy and financial structuring to construction and project delivery.

As President of Tower Construction (Texas), Jeff is instrumental in guiding the firm’s growth and maintaining its commitment to excellence in luxury construction and development.

Notable among his achievements, Jeff worked with The Kor Group as an investor and advisor on The Austin Proper—one of downtown Austin’s most prestigious mixed-use developments, combining luxury condominiums and a boutique hotel in a landmark architectural setting.

Jeff has lived in Austin since 2016.
