PROJECT MANAGER : 

Joel is a third-generation builder and spent nearly eight years of his career exclusively in the luxury home sector while employed by two of Austin's most well respected residential contractors.

Joel's Architectural degree and skills in design have served him well as a Luxury Residential Project Manager.  

He has an impressive background and expertise in the entire home build cycle from Design & Preconstruction through Close-out and warranty period. 

Joel is also fluent in both English and Spanish which is invaluable in the Austin Texas market and instrumental in developing  relationships with trade partners in the field.

Joel holds a BS in Architecture and a MS in Construction Management from University of Texas, El Paso.
