PROCUREMENT MANAGER : 

Nicole brings over a decade of Purchasing experience in the residential construction and development sector, previously serving as Director of Purchasing for GFO Homes and Tri-Pointe Development.  She manages our purchasing and procurement processes by implementing standardized methodology, aligning with Tower Construction's build schedules. 

Nicole has extensive experience in several industry purchasing and ERP systems, including AS400, Hyphen Build-Pro, and Procore.  With a degree in finance, Nicole’s analytical skills serve her well in ensuring complex purchasing requirements over multiple home builds within construction budgets.
