Robert Brogan brings over two decades of residential construction experience, beginning his career with nationally recognized homebuilders such as Lennar Homes and Shea Homes. Throughout this time, he earned numerous awards and accolades for excellence in performance and leadership. His deep understanding of the production homebuilding process—from land acquisition and site development to final sales and closings—provided a strong foundation for his successful transition into the luxury residential market.

For the past decade, Robert has led the development and execution of high-end custom home projects across the greater Austin and Dallas, Texas areas. His extensive field expertise, coupled with strong communication and operational skills, positioned him as the ideal choice for the Field Integration Manager role with Tower Construction. In this capacity, Robert serves as a critical link between design, construction management, and on-site execution—ensuring seamless project delivery and alignment across all phases of development.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Arizona Christian University
