Sean brings 14 years of experience across construction operations, with a focus on procurement, cost control, and business workflow efficiency.

Sean has successfully managed multiple large-scale projects, including a 230+ unit production single-family community and a 140+ unit apartment building.

He is passionate about streamlining procurement processes and excels at aligning vendor strategies with build schedules, ensuring both cost efficiency and quality control across complex construction projects and schedules.

His experience includes preconstruction estimating, contract negotiations, subcontractor onboarding, and project scheduling.  He leverages tools and software systems to streamline data throughout construction processes and is an expert in Procore, Excel, MS Project, and Hyphen tool suite.
